I contacted Dr. Moore after another surgeon told me I needed a new hip. I had received many surgeon recommendations from friends who have had it done, so I began researching them all. Dr. Moore was one of the recommendations. Right from the start, I knew he was going to be the one. He offered everything I was looking for; anterior approach, Mako Robotic assist, and I could go home the same day. And bonus, he's 5 miles from my house! The video I found online showed a caring, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I'm 6 days post-op and so far so good. I may need a knee replacement too, and if I do, he's the one!

I came to Dr. Moore after seeing four other orthopedic surgeons in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. In one case, I was told by the PA that I wouldn’t see the surgeon until the day of surgery. I wasn’t satisfied with these surgeons, and then a friend recommended Dr. Nathan Moore. From the moment I walked into his office I felt that it would be a great experience. Dr. Moore took his time reviewing all my MRI images one by one. Something the other surgeons or PAs did not do. Dr. Moore explained the robotic surgery in detail, and just how it differed from traditional surgery. He answered all my questions, and the surgery date was decided at the end of my appointment. Everything was completely different from the other doctors I visited. I’m so glad I heard about Dr. Moore.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Nathan Moore, the medical and administration staff that provided me with an awesome experience receiving a new hip. I am a 72 year old Canadian, who was informed that due to the Pandemic, there could be over a 2 year wait for a hip replacement. My debilitation, pain and quality of life was at a point where a delay was out of the question. On a recommendation from a previous patient of Dr. Moore, I decided to travel to the Phoenix Spine and Joint Clinic in Goodyear AZ and have the surgery. From the initial correspondence, I was given a surgery date of choice within 3 weeks. My experience from start to finish was amazing. The care and attention given to me by all, was much appreciated. They are highly skilled at their profession and it was evident by my ease of mind, speedy recovery and regained mobility without pain. From the moment I entered for my first visit I knew this was where I would have my surgery. Everyone from the front desk people to the two nurses, Frankie and Tammy, were so warm and caring.
