My prep nurse, Loretta, was efficient and had a lovely, playful bedside manner. I don't have great veins, but she had a light touch and got me in the first sick. The anesthesiologist must have been great because I don't remember a damn thing! No nausea or any other problems, which means he was excellent! No complaints, wouldn't hesitate to return if need ocurrs (let's hope that doesn't happen any time soon!) Thanks Loretta! I'll get on that book and have it done by Christmas!!

My 5 year old had her tubes in her ears put in here and the experience was wonderful. The front desk gentleman was so kind and the nurses were amazing eith our family. They really cared and made sure our daughter was comfortable. They even dressed up her stuffies for surgery! Wonderful experience!

Every member of the staff, from the nurses to the doctor and anesthesiologist, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to keep me informed and at ease throughout the process. Im not sure about the low star reviews. But today I had a small procedure done here, I had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Staff were awesome from front desk to all the nurses. Thank you so much everyone. You are always appreciated more than you know.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a total knee replacement using the Jiffy Knee procedure. Kaitlyn my pre-op nurse and Sarah an Lynzey my surgical nurses provided exception care, before, during and after the procedure.
