Extremely disappointed in myself for expecting this place to be able to help me. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago and on the day of my appointment they decided to move the time up without consulting me first. With no other option and not being able to have the time I waited 2 weeks for I was forced to cancel. Now I am in extreme pain with no appointments set up and it is the holidays. So do yourself a favor and schedule to surgery anywhere else if you want a professional business to take care of you. Shout of to az pain for making my pain last even longer now.

My dad has been going there and the entire team is great! They're attentive, caring and sweet. They all have amazing bedside manners! We're so happy we've entrusted our dads care with them.

The most professional and polite surgical procedures in all the states. I've been to a few in my time!!! The staff is unbelievably amazing and Dr. RAY IS BAR NONE to any of the other spine doctors!!!! They are all amazing!....Michael needs his own radio show to relax people...He truly is Zen and makes everyone's blood pressure drop! As Dr Ray does!!! Consistent excellent care ! I have been here at least 10 times....

I've been receiving care for about 2 years from these guys, and I think they're wonderful. Dr. Ray, Dr. Jensen and both their surgical teams are professional, caring, and brilliant. I have done chiropractic care with Dr. Sims as well, and he's also brilliant, kind, caring, warm - and his accent is as charming as he is. FNP Morris is outgoing, knowledgeable, and easygoing. The scheduling team has really worked VERY hard and diligently to get the authorization from my insurance and get me scheduled ASAP. I hope my review has helped another hopeful patient make the important decision to take back control - of both their pain and health and to live life once again. Thank you all!

In my opinion: These people simply have no respect or consideration for other people’s time and money, and their incompetence abounds adequately only to serve their self-interests. Gone are the days where the Hippocratic Oath was taken seriously. These people care not if they do you harm so long as they get what they want. A longtime patient of Arizona Pain will never return to them again.
