LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS Absolutely horrible - the most unprofessional and disorderly experience I have had with doctors. Angelica didn’t call me back I had to call her several times for an update. They cancelled my procedure and said they were unable to reschedule due to the colonoscopy prep failing. It made me vomit 4 times and cause more intensional issues than I had before. My mom who is a nurse said she has never heard of such an aggressive colonoscopy prep. Thank you so much for cancelling me and revealing your true selves. I would not want such a selfish and disgusting doctor to be working on me anyway. Shame on you for only caring about the money and not patient care. And before you comment saying I rescheduled twice I sure did because the doctor wasn’t returning my calls or addressing my concerns.

Great experience! This is my second time seeing Dr. Gregory Nguyenduc for a colonoscopy. I have a family history of colon cancer and go in every 3-5 years. Dr. Nguyenduc always listens and answers my questions. He and his staff are warm and professional. This is a big deal to me as it's uncomfortable to go in for this exam! I was called before the procedure and also after to follow up on how I was doing the next day. The doctor always goes over everything before and after the procedure to be sure my questions are answered. He also gave a detailed report after, to my husband. Highly recommend!

Used Premier for a Colonoscopy but they would not let you in the facility without first doing a COV-19 test a week before with a negative outcome. Only then could I schedule my procedure (thank you). Facility is clean and very professionally maintained, the staff is outstanding and they all perform their jobs extremely proficiently! The facility is easy to find using GPS and has ample parking and the staff is very serious about social distancing and will only bring you into the building one at a time to check in and complete paperwork. Nice work ladies, very professional and courteous with great attitudes since the masks covered the smiles! Looking forward to next visit in ten years God willing!!

I called to make an appointment as I had a referral from my OBYGN. The women who answered the phone was very unprofessional and flat out rude. It was like they didn’t want to take new patients. I told her I would like a second opinion as I wasn’t happy with the GI referral I attended to. She responded and said “ We don’t take patients for second opinions” I responded and told her I was literally referred to see a specific doctor at this clinic . She then responded and told me I need to get my records to her before being able to tell me what appointments were available. Which makes no sense, why would I send my records to this clinic before even knowing if I’m able to get in as a patient in timely matter or even at all ? I then told her I was pregnant and she very RUDLY said “YEP we don’t take pregnant patients because there’s nothing we can do for you!” I’ve never ever encounter such unprofessionalism in my life.

The doctor was great and they were fast at taking my money, but I over paid because that's how they do it there. I've been waiting 7 months now for a refund, I've called the office countless times now and only the office manager can issue the refund. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to go here. Just absolutely lousy lousy customer service from "manager". Going to file a complaint with the city about them not refunding payments when they are clearly owed.
