I must say the colonoscopy went better than I thought today. Dr.Qureshi and The Medical team was absolutely Great. I felt comfortable, they were professional and very helpful. I appreciate good quality medical care. Thank you AZ Gastro care for making it easy for me to get this screening done. I would definitely want you treating my Family and friends.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to take extra care and was always there. They went out to give my wife a time frame to call for a ride as she is in a wheelchair and I left her the phone. I would recommend them anytime.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean and organized facility. The only thing that irritated me was I called several times to inquire how the procedure is billed to my insurance and nobody has that answer. I will be surprised when the bill comes because even my own insurance company needed to guess the possible ways they bill anesthesia, provider, and procedure. Since you have to sign paperwork that states you will cover any payments not covered by insurance I would they could find out how the billing is coded so I could check my insurance plan.

Find another place. After being on day 3 of a fast my appointment was canceled at 4pm due to an equipment issue I was told and I would get a call to reschedule. Never happened. So After a month I called. People dont answer the phone here so I left a message. It was never returned. Called again, left message and it was not returned. 4 times I did this. I finally kept calling different numbers until I got a person. Then I found out the equipment issue was a straight up lie. The doctor abruptly left the practice. Lies and not being able to contact people should be enough for anyone to look elsewhere for care. My appointment was early September. Its now December and its still not done. If your health is important to you, find another organization. This is just a machine where you are less than a number.

EVERYONE was absolutely professional, efficient, and caring! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a colonoscopy. Believe it or not, the prep was not bad at all. They had me do a split dose of the prep solution and it worked so well. I was even able to sleep the night before the procedure. I would highly recommend this medical practice. Don’t skip a colonoscopy out of fear.
