Yesterday my daughter had a Colonscopy. She has many challenges and has been through many procedures. It is rare that you find a staff like this staff. She felt safe and protected. She is not comfortable around male doctors but the moment Dr Trujillo walked into her cubicle she told me she was at peace and comforted. She was accepted by each staff member and allowed to not pretend to be brave. After everything she has faced for her to feel this good is the highest compliment. Thank you so much. So very appreciated

I went for my first colonoscopy and was a bit nervous. Everyone there was reassuring, and really great at their job! Thank you all and I will see you again in 5 years :)

Off-Grid Backcountry Adventures

EDIT (why I reduced the rating from 5 stars to 3 stars) - ** They contacted me months later saying I owed them another $400 after I prepaid but wouldn't tell me what the charge were for so I denied their request for payment. They sent me to collections but I refused to pay. I believe this is the billing department being messed up and has nothing to do with their doctors and PA's who were awesome during my procedure ** 100% top notch facility and staff! From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, everyone I interacted with was so kind and made me feel completely at ease. I really enjoyed talking with everyone about my truck camping endeavors once I was waking up from my procedure and hope to maybe run into the staff members when I'm out camping or on trails in the local area - I would love to thank them again for taking such good care of me. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and efficiency of the Northern Arizona Healthcare Group, it's been nothing but a pleasant experience with everyone I've worked with. The staff treat you very well and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone experiencing medial issues. Thank you for your help today!

Went in for a colonoscopy yesterday and had a great experience. Dr. Engel was very informative and gave me time for questions. The entire staff was great, and I received excellent care from everyone on the team. Would definitely recommend Forest Canyon for procedures.

Though our original appointment was pushed out two weeks, dealing with the front office was a pleasure. Once there (took my mom for a procedure) the medical team was out of this world! Dr Olsen is the sweetest ever, her anesthesiologist and her nurse, Paige, were the best! Everyone was upbeat, happy and accommodating. Mom had NO issues (85 years young!). We couldn’t have asked for any better a team!
