Got through my initial tests pretty quickly but waited almost another hour just to see the doctor to review the tests and was with the doctor for maybe 2 minutes. Was there for over an hour and half. Would not return again.

BDPEC is a pretty well-oiled machine. The place is enormous and they have many different stops on your way to your appointment. Or if, like me, you have a lot of different parts to your appointment, you will be shuttled from place to place to wait. It's a bit overwhelming, but everyone was very nice and very professional. They explained what they were doing and were very kind with my questions. The doctor spoke like one of those speeded up ads on TV, where they are telling you the side effects of the medication, so it's worth it to just gently but firmly ask anyone like that to slow down and start over! All said, good care and I would recommend.

One thing that is always important to me is not having unnecessarily to wait. The eye center was very prompt in taking me in in time and after eye dilation I did not have to sit for a huge amount of time to be dilated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience

Outstanding cataract surgery by Doctor David McGarey and the pre and post operative staff. I was informed every step of the way. My left eye vision went from 20/60 to 20/20. Still awaiting results for my right eye but I can see clearly. Thanks to all for amazing results!

Arrival time not proportioned correctly to scheduled time, way too long of a wait. Dr Johnson was, as usual, professional and very pleasant and I always feel confident I’m in excellent hands. Jerry, the assistant that helped me with my new glasses selection was excellent. He was patient throughout the process, answered all my questions and when I was choosing a frame was honest enough to tell me which was the one he liked best which was not only my favorite, but turned out to be the least expensive one! Kudos to him!
