I had my gallbladder out at Madison Surgery Center November 2025. Day of surgery I paid $300.00. I received a statement in December that did not reflect my $300.00 payment. I waited for the next statement to make another payment which I hoped would reflect my initial $300.00 payment. Which it did. After I made another payment I was told if I didn’t pay half the balance I would be turned over to collections. I don't have the money to pay half so my credit will be damaged by a $300.00 balance. Really bad policy for "a small business ". I won't go here again. Every other medical facility has worked with me and set up a payment plan I could afford. Not Madison Surgery Center.

Had my sinus surgery at madison surgery center. The nurses were great and everyone was very professional. Would definitely choose this facility again If ever needed.

Everything with my procedure went well. BUT I paid a pretty large balance up front, but after my procedure was done I received another large bill. I made a payment towards the balance but I received a phone call that, that was not good enough. The lady on the phone said it would have to be paid in full soon or I would be turned over to collections. This is absolutely not how a business should be run.

As someone who sees many specialists and undergoing many procedures, this was the most efficiently ran facility I've been, in Huntsville, AL. I honestly cannot believe how amazing the entire staff was from check-in to procedure and then leaving. I expected (from the same procedure at another occasion) about 4hrs upon arrival. I was in and out within an hour! Highly recommended and will try to have all possible future procedures at this location moving forward.

I can’t speak highly enough of the care I received at Madison Surgery Center. From check-in to post-op, every part of the experience was handled with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. What stood out most was the calming environment in the operating room — low lighting, gentle music, and incredibly thoughtful staff who made sure I felt completely at ease before the procedure. Every team member I encountered was warm, communicative, and reassuring. If you’re someone who tends to feel anxious before surgery, I couldn’t recommend Madison Surgery Center more. They’re everything a healthcare facility should be.
